China takes countermeasures against two U.S. defense companies
The Foreign Ministry has taken countermeasures against two U.S. defense companies for taking part in the United States' arms sale to the Taiwan region.
The two companies are General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and General Dynamics Land Systems, the ministry said in a statement issued on Thursday.
The companies' movable and immovable property, as well as all other assets in China will be frozen. Their high-level management will be denied China visas, and will not be allowed to enter the country.
